OFFICE POLICIES & RATES
Sound Integrative Women's Health is not contracted with any insurance companies. In order to give you the highest quality care, and the time necessary to support your health and wellness, we cannot operate within the limitations set by the health insurance industry. We will provide an invoice after each visit listing your diagnosis and the services provided that can be downloaded or printed from the patient portal and submitted by you, to your insurance company. Contacting your insurance provider prior to your visit to clarify covered and non-covered services is recommended. Payment is due at the time of service and may be made using a credit card, debit card or HSA/FSA account. Failure to cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a $75 fee.
Initial Consultation
(90 min) $350
· Review of your concerns, symptoms, medical history and current lifestyle, including nutrition, sleep, physical activity and stress
· Discuss initial lifestyle changes, order labs and prescribe supplements/medications as needed
· Includes a written, comprehensive wellness plan and communication with Dr. Matteson through the patient portal
Initial Follow Up Visit
(60 min) $125
· Scheduled approximately 3 months after the initial consultation, we will review your progress, discuss what interventions have been effective and modify your wellness plan to best reach your goals
· Order additional labs as needed and make referrals if indicated
Brief Follow Up Visit
(30 min) $75
A short visit designed to address one or two follow up concerns
Phone Consultation
(15 min) $50

A brief phone call to answer questions or make minor changes to your care plan
Any of the above visits except an Initial Consultation can occur as a Telehealth visit for the same fee as listed above.
Specialty labs fees are often not covered by insurance plans. For routine lab work, we are contracted with LabCorp and can submit your insurance information to them for reimbursement if desired. This does not guarantee payment by your insurance company however, and you will be responsible to LabCorp for the uncovered portion of the bill.
